About Us
The best way to describe Diamond Head Point Condominium (DHP), is to view a community on the Intercoastal Waterway, centrally located between the historic mainland, and the resort oceanside of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Now picture twin 10 story hi-rise buildings on 5 beautifully landscaped acres surrounded by water. With this vision in mind, add a 35-slip deep-water marina for the 64, 2 BR 2 Bath units, a newly renovated Clubhouse with outdoor grills and fire pit, a tennis court, and a large swimming pool and pool deck area.

Built in 1984, we are twin poured concrete buildings with only 4 units per floor per tower.  Our fortress withstood tornados that tore through New Smyrna Beach in 1997 and multiple hurricanes. The structural integrity and strength of our buildings was unequaled in New Smyrna Beach and left a feeling with our homeowners of safety few of us knew before DHP.

We have completed a multi-million dollar refurbishment and upgrade. The new work included exterior restoration, painting and waterproofing, new elevator machinery, and our new marina which has been completed and is now a beautiful complement to our upgraded facility.

With the first living level 30’ above grade, each unit has uninterrupted water views with more glass than solid walls and beautiful terrace views on three sides.

Welcome to New Smyrna Beach, Welcome Home to Diamond Head Point Condominium.
